What is Maid of Honour?

Maid of Honour is a final-year campaign aimed at improving respect and well-being for

Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) in Singapore.

Domestic helpers are so important. Yet many remain at risk.

In Singapore, 301,600 foreign domestic workers (FDWs) kept homes running as of December 2024. Their contribution is real, routine and often unseen. Still, the Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics (HOME) shelter hundreds of domestic workers in distress each year. Respect depends on everyday behaviour at home, not good intentions alone.
